The images here represent six of eight paintings done in a series entitled Clearing Skies. They are a response to my observation of the passing of a thunderstorm over the hills above Opononi, on the North Island of New Zealand, in January 2008.
While each piece (11 x 8.5" image size) is framed similarly with an ivory mat and a substantial black frame at $500, I conceived of these works as a series and would be pleased to see them continue to be exhibited as such. Therefore, I am offering the entire series for the total price of $3,000, a reduction of $1,000 from the cumulative individual prices of all eight paintings.
